Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor who has been recognized for her talents. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the eldest of three siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne psychologist. She's English as well as Scottish.
